Who we are

Dont is provided by Ioannis Koutsogiannakis, a sole trader in the United Kingdom trading as Tardigo ("we", "us"). Contact: tardigradeapps@gmail.com.

Who can use Dont

You need to be 16 or older to use Dont.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The rules of the store you got the app from (Google Play) apply too.

Premium

Premium is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It removes ads and unlocks every deck, including decks we add later. Google Play shows the price before you buy.

Google Play processes the payment, and its terms and refund policies apply. If you reinstall the app or change phone, open the Premium sheet (from Settings, the deck picker or the end-of-game screen) and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Google account.

Premium gives you a licence to the app's features and content; it doesn't transfer ownership of them.

Ads and themed decks

The free version shows a banner ad on the gameplay screen. The General deck is always free. You can unlock the themed decks for one game by watching a rewarded ad; the unlock ends with that game, and a rematch needs a new one.

Ads are provided by Google. We don't choose individual ads and aren't responsible for the products advertised in them.

Fair use

Please don't:

• copy, extract, scrape or publish the app's card collections, or use them to build another product;
• decompile, reverse engineer or modify the app, except where the law allows it;
• interfere with ads or purchases, for example by clicking ads fraudulently or getting around payment;
• send unlawful, offensive or personal information through Report a card;
• use the app in any way that breaks the law.

Our content

The app, its design, and the card collections (the words, their taboo lists, and how they are selected and arranged) belong to us. They are protected by copyright and, in the UK and the EU, by database right.

You may print cards from the Party kit for your own games. Please don't sell them or publish them elsewhere.

Names in the decks

Themed decks mention real films, games, music artists and TV shows as words to describe. These names and any trademarks belong to their owners. Dont is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

Changes to the app

We may update Dont, change or remove features or decks, or stop offering it. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.

Our responsibility to you

If you are a consumer, the law gives you rights that these terms don't take away. In the UK, for example, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, for business losses (Dont is for personal use), or for events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Dont at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously break these terms, we may end your right to use the app.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear disputes. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another country, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Dont after a change, the new terms apply.
